Neurological Monitoring

Specialized Monitoring by Trained Staff

Our caregivers receive focused training to observe, identify, and report neurological changes in real time. Any significant shifts in behavior, coordination, cognition, or speech are immediately escalated to our Director of Nursing (D.O.N.) for review.

Conditions We Help Monitor

Early detection is key. We support clients managing or at risk for:

  • Dementia

  • CVA (Stroke) / TIA (Mini-stroke)

  • Parkinson’s disease

  • Alzheimer’s

  • Other neurological conditions

Our monitoring helps reduce delays in diagnosis or treatment by catching changes early.
