Angel’s Care LLC (“Angel’s Care”, “we”, “us”) provides faith-informed, compassionate home health and wellness services in Bergen, Hudson, Essex, Passaic, and Union counties of New Jersey. Services include:

Certified Home Health Aide services (bathing, grooming, medication reminders)

Medical transportation (door-to-door, entry/exit assistance)

Geriatric care (home assessments, transition support, equipment coordination)

“Ask the Nurse” – access to licensed nursing guidance without appointment

Neurological monitoring (dementia, stroke, Parkinson’s, Alzheimer’s)

Prayer Line and spiritual support

All caregivers are state-certified, background-checked, bonded, insured, and supervised. Services are personalized and require accurate health and insurance information from clients. You may adjust or cancel services anytime, no long-term contract required. Our careTEAM model ensures backup caregivers if your regular caregiver is unavailable.
